Salad Bowl with Maple Mustard Sauce

Maple Mustard Salad Dressing is the perfect addition to any salador vegetable dish adding a rich creamy flavour.

For 2 people


  • 220g cooked chickpeas

  • 150 steamed potatoes - cubed

  • 1 regular cucumber or 5 mini cucumbers - cut into small cubes

  • A large handful of cherry tomatoes - thinly sliced

  • 100g vegan feta cheese - crumbled

  • 20g green olives - sliced

  • 20g dates - sliced, pitted

  • Fresh mint leaves


  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon happy maple, goût délicat

  • Juice from 1/2 lemon


  1. For the dressing

  2. Combine all ingredients and mix until well combined

  3. Add to the salad or store in the fridge for later

For the salad

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl as you add-in the sauce

  2. Top with fresh mint leaves and enjoy
