Here's an easy miso maple glaze recipe that will bring your vegetables, noodles and tofu to the next level! Maple syrup is super versatile and can be used to sweeten virtually anything. I use it in my tomato sauces, porridge, pancakes, cake, sauce recipes and ice coffee / tea.
For 2 servings (or 2 portions of noodles / 500g of tofu)
Ingredients
40g brown miso paste
60g neutral vegetable oil
2g sesame oil
20g maple syrup, goût délicat
5g fresh ginger
25g soy sauce
20g water
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
Note: Heating maple syrup to high temperatures will just turn it into pure sugar. Always add it last to your food so nutrients and antioxydants stay intact.
