Raw Pad Thai

Fresh, raw, colourful and delicious, this RAW PAD THAI recipe is a feast for both the eyes and your stomach!

We're also so excited to share a recipe for savoury maple enhanced food... most people think of sweet treats when they think of maple syrup, but we think sweet AND salty and hope to convince you too!

There are many recipes for raw pad thai available online, but we've taken inspiration from @bisoubeso who always has some great healthy inspirations at the ready.


  • 2 medium sized zucchinis, spiralized

  • 1/4 medium red cabbage, shredded

  • 2 carrots, julienned

  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 green onion, chopped

  • 1 avocado

optional: edamame, broccoli, cauliflower, or any other vegetable really!

FOR THE SAUCE (mix together in a blender):


  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 30ml coconut milk

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2-3cm fresh ginger (or ginger powder)

  • 1-2 tbsp low sodium tamari (or soy sauce)

  • lime juice to taste

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

optional: if still too thick, you can add a splash of water or more coconut milk!

GARNISH with sesame seeds, sprouts and fresh herbs if available! Enjoy!
