Maple Pumpkin Spice Latte

You need:
• 200 ml of milk of your choice
• 3 tsp of Happy Maple (I used Riche because I think the taste goes incredibly well with pumpkin)
• 3 tsp of pumpkin purée (tipp: if you don’t want to make any, check the baby food department of your grocery store, they sometimes offer it in those little jars)
• 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice (recipe down below)
• 1 espresso (optional)
Heat up half of the milk, the purée and the spice mix. Stir and mix well together. Froth the rest of the milk. Pour the hot milk in a glass, then the frothed milk and at the end the espresso.

Homemade pumpkin spice:
3 Tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of ground ginger
2 tsp of ground nutmeg
1 1/2 of pimento
1 tsp of ground clove
